Stop Email Notifications from Facebook

to do this, just go to this link :
http://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=notifications

and, see on right,
there is some "edit" link.
click it one-by-one, and uncheck the box below of letter icon, and click save changes.
do this to all of the "edit" link. Done

Simple :)
